Dear Myself,
亲爱的自己，
Life is scary. One day you wake up feeling like you can take over the world, and the next day you wake up feeling like all you want to do is to lay in bed and hide from everything.
生活让人胆寒。一天醒来你还觉得自己能够接管世界，隔天起来你就只想在床上躺着，不理世事。
People walk into your life, grab your hand, and lead you the most beautiful path you"ve known, but sometimes the same people let go of your hand without warning, and you become stranded at a place where you never thought you"ld feel lost.
有人走入你的生活，抓着你的手，向你展示已知的美好人生之路。但同样是这个人，在毫无预警的情况下放开你的手，你被困在当下，之前从未想过人生会如此迷惘。
Let"s be honest, sometimes everything is going so great and it seems like nothing could go wrong , but right when you begin to think that, something so horrible comes crashing down and all of a sudden more problems come ricocheting around you and you just feel so hopeless cause it"s so bad...

It"s so hard to understand why such things happen in life,and I personally wish I had an answer to that "why?" you always ask yourself , but all I can say that is no matter how hard life gets,you have to keep going. The life around you will never stop going on.
生活真是让人费解，一念天堂，一念地狱。我真心希望自己能领悟生活为什么会这样。但无论生活怎样艰难，你也只能熬着。生活一直在继续。
I"ll be honest and say that sometimes I feel a little bit worried and all I can think is "will I be able to keep up? What if everything goes too fast?" But I realized that being scared and living with that burden of running away from problems only slow me down even more.
老实说我总是有点担心，我所想的就是“我还能不能坚持？如果一切都这样飞速发展着?”但我意识到，老是这样战战兢兢，回避问题，反而让自己更加落后。
And I"ve come to the point where I believe that because life never stops, I shouldn"t stop either. It"s okay to take break and to give yourself time to heal, but you cannot give up and you cannot quit.
而且关键在于生活不止，追求不息。停下来休息一会儿，或是抽点时间自愈下没有问题，但是你不能放弃，一定不要放弃。
Keep positive, fill you heart with gratitude for what you already have, and always remind to humble and true to who you are！
你能做的是，保持积极乐观，常怀感恩之心，保持谦卑，活出真我！

坚持梦想，是的选择

If you can dream it, you can do it.
梦想还是要有的，万一实现了呢。
I don’t know what that dream is that you have. I don’t care how disappointing it might be as you’re working toward that dream. But that dream that you’re holding in your mind – it’s possible. Some of you already know that it’s hard. It’s not easy. It’s hard changing your life. In the process of chasing your dreams, you are going to incur a lot of disappointment, a lot of failure, a lot of pain.
我不知道你有什么样的梦。我也不在乎你在逐梦之时它曾令你有多沮丧。但我要告诉你，你心中所坚持的那个梦，它是有可能实现的。你们中有的人应该也已经知道要实现它很难。的确并不容易。要改变你的人生，这很难。在逐梦的过程中，你们会遇到各种各样的困难，沮丧，失败，痛苦。
There will be moments when you are going to doubt yourself. You’ll say, “Why? Why is this happening to me? I’m just trying to take care of my children, and my mother. I’m not trying to steal or rob from anybody. How did this have to happen to me?” For those of you who have experienced some hardships – don’t give up on your dream. The rough times are gonna come, but they will not stay, they will come to pass.

Many of you fail to seek your purpose in life and you should. You dream and then follow it up with a list of all the reasons why the dream is unachievable. You fill your life with excuses and "I can"t." Many great companies were conceived from a dream, nurtured in a garage or basement and grew to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Why not you? Why not your dream? The only true limits you experience in life are those you create or those you allow others to impose upon you. If you can dream it, you can do it!

Believe in your dreams and your ability to accomplish them. Keep your dreams in front of you. I"m here to challenge you to reach for your dream. Do not be afraid to dream. Never forget, if you can dream it, you can do it!

Spending time with someone who has good manners makes one feel comfortable.

People like this know how to stand in others" shoes. They know when they should reach out a helping hand.

And what is the most basic manner that one can have?

It"s knowing to respect people.

No one can survive in this world all by himself. We all need help sometimes.

And it takes respect to make others help you.

Respect is the most baseline manner.

I remember there is a sentence in the movie Vicky Cristina Barcelona.
我记得*《午夜巴塞罗那》中有一句话：
"She doesn"t know what she likes but she knows what she doesn"t like."
“她并不知道她喜欢什么，她只知道她不喜欢什么。”
This sentence is describing Cristina.
这句话是在形容克里斯蒂娜。
Back then I found this sentence really attractive. But that was when I was a foolish child and didn"t know yet how hard life can be.
当时，我觉得这句话真的很有吸引力。但那时的我只是个傻里傻气的孩子，还不知道生活能有多艰难。
Now I find no charm in this expression. I only see confusion and pain in it.
而现在，我已经觉得这句话毫无魅力。我只在里面看到了困惑与痛苦。
Not knowing what to do is the greatest suffering in the world.
不知道做什么，这真的是世上的苦难了。
I"ve suffered it, in my life and in my career.
我承受过这种苦难，在生活中和事业中都承受过。
The beauty that I once assumed I would find in this state of vacancy never existed. It only seems to be beauty when you see it in someone else"s life.
我曾经以为这种真空状态里蕴含的那种美，其实根本就不存在。它只有在发生于别人身上的时候，才看起来是美的。
When it happens to you. Believe me. It"s not beautiful at all.

Now I really cherish the goals that I"ve found or set for myself.

Life can only be happy if you find something to work for.

So search for it when you still have time. End your suffering while you can.

Gratitude grounds plentitude in the now. When you honor who you are, what you do, and what you have, your energy will change. You will start to glow. People will be drawn to you because that gratitude glow is rare in our current culture. I"m hoping to bring it back.

One will make a lot of mistakes in his or her life.

This rule works for everybody.

But there are 3 mistakes you should do your best to avoid.

The first mistake is to constantly complain about things.

Almost everybody keeps doing it because it seems like that complaining makes us feel good.

But that"s only an illusion .

The second mistake is to constantly try to outweigh everybody around you.

There is too much kindness in this world.

Kindness without reasoning is the same as evil.

We don"t meet people by accident.
